Reflection Communication

This reflection takes approximately 10 minutes. At Quarescom, we don’t believe in throwing ready-made content at you, nor do we assume beforehand that we know everything better than you.
That’s why we would like to ask you to complete this reflection honestly. Your answers will not be used afterwards and will not be shared individually with third parties or with the management within your company. The information simply helps us understand your specific context, expectations, and challenges so we can tailor the training as effectively as possible.
