PCA - test

You are now about to complete the PCA test. PCA stands for Personal Capacity Analysis. The purpose of this test is not to judge you or to determine your opportunities.
Its goal is to gain insight into your current strengths and to identify potential pitfalls. The analysis will also provide insight into how certain communication challenges arise and offer advice on how to avoid specific pitfalls.
You will also receive your personal results.

Read this before completing the test.

  1. There are no right or wrong answers in this test. So don’t worry about whether your response will please someone or not. No one will see the specific questions afterwards—only the analysis of the test.

  2. Do not answer based on who you would like to be, or what you think you should answer. Answer the test honestly. Again, individual answers will not be shared afterwards, and on their own, they have no meaning.

  3. Also, don’t go back to change your answers. Once answered is answered. There is a reason your instinct preferred a certain response.

There’s no need to worry. Individual answers will not be shared, and your results will only be shared with you and (if agreed) with your manager.

The test takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
